Printful's refund policy is designed to address specific scenarios regarding returns and refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic evidence may be required to process such claims.

Buyer's Remorse: Printful does not offer refunds or exchanges for cases where customers change their minds or experience buyer's remorse. Since products are made to order, it's important for store owners to clearly communicate this policy to their customers.

Size Exchanges: Due to the on-demand nature of Printful's products, size exchanges are not supported. Customers are encouraged to consult sizing charts provided on product pages before making a purchase.

Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, Printful will investigate and, if confirmed lost, will cover the cost of a replacement. Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
